Data Deletion

You can ask Moxi to delete your data at any time. Here is exactly how, and what gets removed.

If you joined an artist’s list (a fan)

Email privacy@moxi.fanfrom, or quoting, the email address or mobile number you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my data”. You can also ask the artist directly. We will remove your record from that artist’s list and delete the associated analytics tied to you.

If you have a Moxi account (an artist)

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from the dashboard: go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account and confirm. This works the same in the Moxi app and on the web. It permanently deletes your page, your fan list, your analytics, your uploaded files, and any connected credentials (such as a Meta token you connected). You can also email privacy@moxi.fan from your account email if you would rather we do it for you.

If you connected with Facebook

You can revoke Moxi’s access at any time in your Facebook settings, under Settings → Apps and Websites. When you do, or when you ask us to disconnect, we delete the access token and stop sending events to Meta. To remove the data already sent to your own Meta dataset, use Meta’s tools in Events Manager, as that data sits in your Meta account.

What we delete

  • Your contact details (email, phone) and list membership.
  • The analytics events linked to your anonymous visitor id.
  • Any connection tokens, for artists.

How long it takes

We action deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner. We will confirm by email when it is done.
